Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, is seeking experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support premium, time-critical freight across North America. As an independent contractor, you'll haul high-value, temperature-sensitive shipments with 24/7 dispatch support and advanced technology. You are responsible for safe, compliant operation of your equipment, on-time pickup and delivery, and professional customer service. Responsibilities

• Operate safely and professionally as an independent Owner Operator for Panther Premium Logistics
• Transport time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America
• Maintain strict compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations, hours-of-service, and company safety standards
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and handle basic truck maintenance
• Protect freight integrity through proper loading, securement, and temperature management
• Use onboard technology, GPS, and ELD systems for routing, tracking, and documentation
• Manage operating costs, fuel efficiency, and logs as an independent business owner
• Represent Panther with excellent customer service and professionalism at every stop

Required Skills

• CDL Class A operation
