Music Teacher

Music & Arts seeks a passionate Music Teacher to provide high quality private and group lessons in our retail store. In this role, you will teach students of varying ages and skill levels, develop customized lesson plans, and prepare students for performances, school ensembles, and auditions. You'll collaborate with store staff to support rentals, repairs, and accessories that enhance learning. Responsibilities

• Provide private and group music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Develop and adapt individualized lesson plans and curricula
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, auditions, and school ensemble participation
• Assess student progress and communicate updates to parents and guardians
• Maintain accurate scheduling and attendance records
• Collaborate with store staff to align lessons with rentals, repairs, and accessories
• Promote student enrollment and retention through engaging, high quality instruction
• Support a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment in the store
• Participate in recitals, events, and community outreach as needed
