Panther Premium Logistics, a service of ArcBest, is seeking experienced Owner Operator Truck Drivers to support time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive shipments across North America. In this fast-paced, customer-first role, you'll operate your own equipment, ensuring on-time, safe deliveries while following all DOT and safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely for time-critical and high-value freight across North America
• Maintain full FMCSA/DOT compliance, including inspections, logs, and safety standards
• Protect temperature-sensitive and high-value cargo through proper handling and securement
• Collaborate with dispatch using advanced technology and 24/7 support to meet strict delivery windows
• Manage owner-operator business tasks such as mileage planning, fuel optimization, and basic recordkeeping
• Communicate professionally with customers and partners, representing Panther's customer-first culture
• Adhere to company safety policies and maintain clean, reliable equipment at all times
