Music Teacher

Music & Arts seeks a passionate Music Teacher to provide high-quality private and group lessons in our retail store. In this role, you will teach students of varying ages and skill levels, build customized lesson plans, and support student progress toward performance and educational goals. You'll collaborate with store staff to support events, recitals, and school outreach while promoting instruments, accessories, and lessons. Responsibilities

• Provide private and group music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Develop and adapt individualized lesson plans and learning goals
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, and school events
• Track and communicate student progress to parents and guardians
• Collaborate with store staff to support lesson scheduling and student retention
• Promote instruments, accessories, and lessons to support student success
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment in the store
• Participate in community and school outreach activities as needed
