Traveling Community Manager

Newbury Residential Inc. seeks a Traveling Community Manager to oversee day to day operations, resident experience, and lease up performance across a portfolio of urban residential properties in Greater Boston. You will visit multiple communities weekly, support on site teams, coordinate marketing and events, monitor maintenance and vendor performance, and analyze occupancy, rent, and budget metrics. This role partners closely with principals and asset management to implement best practices, resolve resident issues, and ensure communities reflect Newbury's high design and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple residential communities in Greater Boston
• Support on site teams with leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Monitor occupancy, rent growth, and budget performance, reporting KPIs to leadership
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests, vendors, and building services
• Plan and execute resident events and local marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with fair housing, safety, and company policies
• Conduct regular property visits and inspections, addressing issues proactively
• Partner with principals and asset management on value add strategies
• Handle escalated resident concerns with timely, professional resolution
• Document processes and share best practices across the portfolio
