CDL Class A Driver

Contract Lumber is seeking a safe, reliable CDL Class A Driver to deliver lumber and building materials to homebuilders and contractors across Georgia. In this hands-on role, you'll haul framing packages, trusses, and engineered wood products, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and secure loads to DOT and company standards. You'll work closely with dispatch, yard, and field teams, representing our customer-first culture on every job. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL Class A tractor-trailers to deliver lumber and building materials to job sites and contractor locations across Georgia
• Perform accurate loading, securing, and unloading of materials using proper tie-down and safety procedures
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs and delivery documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, yard, and customer teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
• Follow DOT, company, and site safety policies at all times, including PPE and safe driving standards
• Assist with basic material handling and staging in the yard as needed to support operations
