You will use modern scan tools, technical service information, and OEM parts to ensure safe, reliable repairs. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using scan tools and testing equipment
  • Perform factory-recommended maintenance and general repairs on Ford and other vehicles
  • Complete high-quality repairs on engines, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
  • Follow Ford and dealership repair procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements
  • Communicate findings and repair needs to service advisors clearly and professionally
  • Road test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure safe, reliable performance
  • Maintain clean, organized work area and care for dealership tools and equipment
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with Ford and industry repair standards
  • Support a customer-first culture through courteous, professional interactions
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet shop productivity and quality goals
