Automotive Technician

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an A Tech / B Tech / C Tech / Master Technician to join our performance-driven service team. In this on-site role, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of automotive brands in a fast-paced retail dealership environment. You will perform inspections, manufacturer-recommended services, and advanced diagnostics while following strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using modern diagnostic equipment
• Complete manufacturer-recommended services with high quality and accuracy
• Follow safety, compliance, and documentation standards for all repair orders
• Communicate findings and repair needs clearly to service advisors and teammates
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper care of tools and equipment
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs offered by Asbury
• Support a customer-focused, integrity-driven service culture
• Collaborate with technicians of varying levels to meet performance goals
• Uphold dealership, manufacturer, and industry best practices and standards
