Site Monitoring Product Manager

Vantor is seeking a Site Monitoring Product Manager to lead our monitoring and observability platform used across modern web, data, and cloud solutions. You will own the product vision and roadmap, translating client needs and usage data into clear requirements, user stories, and releases. Working in an agile, low ego environment, you will collaborate with engineering, data, and UX teams to deliver reliable monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities. You'll define KPIs, use metrics to guide decisions, and help clients gain real time visibility into system health and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Vantor's site monitoring platform from discovery through delivery
• Gather and prioritize requirements from clients, internal stakeholders, and usage analytics
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
• Partner with engineering, data, and UX teams to ship high quality monitoring features on schedule
• Define KPIs and use metrics, logs, and user feedback to guide product decisions and iteration
• Ensure integrations with cloud, Dev
• Ops, and observability tooling align with client architectures
• Communicate product status, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership and client stakeholders
• Support go to market, documentation, and enablement for new monitoring capabilities
