Solutions Engineer

Vantor is seeking a Solutions Engineer to design and implement modern web, data, and automation solutions for diverse clients. You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable architectures using cloud-native services and full stack technologies. Responsibilities include solution design, technical discovery, prototyping, integration, and supporting delivery teams through implementation. You'll contribute to estimates, documentation, and demos while continuously improving patterns, tools, and best practices in a collaborative, low ego, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand client business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable solution architectures for web, data, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine solutions.
• Create technical specifications, diagrams, and documentation for delivery teams.
• Support implementation, integration, and troubleshooting during project delivery.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solution approaches.
• Contribute to estimation, planning, and prioritization in agile ceremonies.
• Promote best practices in cloud, security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on technical input for proposals and demos.
• Continuously improve solution patterns, tools, and engineering standards.
