Technical Program Manager

Vantor is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Ground Systems to lead complex software and data initiatives from discovery through delivery. You'll own roadmaps, coordinate cross functional teams, and align technical work with client outcomes across modern web, automation, and cloud native platforms. Responsibilities include backlog prioritization, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring high quality releases. You'll apply agile methods, support engineering teams, and use metrics to drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, low ego environment focused on measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs for ground systems and modern software solutions.
• Define and manage roadmaps, scope, and success metrics aligned to client outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and stakeholders.
• Run agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time releases and effective change management.
• Communicate status, trade-offs, and technical impacts to clients and leadership.
• Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Support teams in resolving technical and integration challenges across cloud and on-premise systems.
