Division Manager Catering

ARAMARK seeks a Division Manager Catering to lead high-volume catering operations across diverse client sites. In this role, you will oversee event planning, menu execution, and service delivery while managing budgets, labor, and food costs. You'll recruit, train, and develop catering teams, ensure rigorous food safety and workplace safety standards, and build strong client relationships. Working within Aramark's service-focused, inclusive culture, you'll drive continuous improvement, support sales growth, and create exceptional guest experiences in education, healthcare, business, and sports environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily catering operations for assigned division, ensuring high-quality food and service delivery aligned with Aramark standards
• Plan, cost, and execute catered events, managing menus, staffing, logistics, and vendor relationships
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, food and labor costs, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach catering staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations and Aramark policies
• Build strong client relationships, gather feedback, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to expand catering services
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and guest experience through data, feedback, and best practices
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and culinary teams to develop proposals, promotions, and customized catering solutions
