Food Preparation Worker

ARAMARK seeks a Food Preparation Worker to support high-volume food service operations across diverse client locations. In this role, you will prepare, portion, and assemble food items following standardized recipes and strict food safety guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining clean, organized workstations, operating kitchen equipment safely, assisting with inventory, and supporting cooks during service. Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and portion food items following standardized recipes and safety guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain clean, organized workstations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards, including proper labeling and storage
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to minimize waste
• Support cooks and chefs during service by prepping ingredients and replenishing stations
• Follow production schedules and portion controls to meet demand and quality standards
• Maintain a clean dining and service area, including dishwashing and trash removal as needed
• Work collaboratively with teammates and respond to supervisor directions promptly
• Communicate low stock, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management
• Provide courteous, efficient service to guests and support Aramark's culture of safety and inclusivity
