What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients
• Support a supervised CRNA practice model within the hospital
• Work across a variety of general surgical cases in a Level III trauma setting
• Collaborate with OR staff, RNs, and surgical techs to ensure smooth workflows
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care
• Comply with hospital policies and anesthesia protocols

What You Need

• Valid state Licensure as a CRNA in Michigan
• ACLS & BLS Certifications (current)
• Experience in hospital-based anesthesia care preferred
• Ability to work independently under supervision
• Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset
