Concessions Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of concession stands and other food service outlets.
• Train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain adequate stock.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash operations and ensure financial accuracy in daily operations.
• Assess processes and procedures and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
