Warehouse Support Specialist

Wavepoint Logistics seeks a Warehouse Support Specialist to assist daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. In this role you will receive, pick, pack, and stage customer orders; verify inventory; and prepare shipments for outbound transportation. You'll use WMS, RF scanners, and material-handling equipment to move, store, and track product accurately and safely. Working closely with operations and transportation teams, you'll help resolve discrepancies, maintain a clean, organized warehouse, and support continuous improvement focused on accuracy, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect inbound freight and verify documentation
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment with high accuracy
• Use WMS and RF scanners to track inventory movements and locations
• Prepare outbound shipments, labeling, and documentation for carriers
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts safely to move and store product
• Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and support cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and transportation teams to meet service targets
• Assist with special projects, value-added services, and process updates
