Production Manager

Koppert Biological Systems, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily operations for biological crop protection and pollination products. You will plan and oversee production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure on-time, high-quality output in a biologically sensitive environment. Responsibilities include leading and coaching production teams, optimizing processes using data and continuous improvement, and maintaining strict quality, safety, and environmental standards. You'll partner with R&D, logistics, and sales to align capacity with demand and support new product scale-up in a mission-driven, sustainability-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production of biological control and pollination products.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Implement and refine SOPs, quality standards, and biological handling protocols.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with R&D on scale-up of new products and process changes.
• Align capacity, materials, and labor with demand in partnership with supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and production records in ERP or related systems.
