Express Technician

Carter Myers Automotive Group is seeking an Express Technician to perform quick, high-quality maintenance services in our busy retail automotive dealerships. In this role, you'll complete oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and multipoint inspections while following all safety and manufacturer guidelines. You'll work closely with advisors and technicians, document findings accurately, and help ensure an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and other express maintenance services
• Conduct multipoint inspections and document findings clearly on repair orders
• Check and top off fluids, inspect brakes, and report safety concerns to senior technicians or advisors
• Operate lifts, tools, and equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures to ensure quality and consistency
• Communicate service findings to service advisors to support transparent customer communication
• Support the service team by moving vehicles and assisting with basic shop tasks as needed
