Account Payable & Payroll Clerk

California Dream Hotels, part of Take Ten Tire & Service, is seeking an Accounts Payable & Payroll Clerk to support our luxury hotel operations. In this role, you will process vendor invoices, match POs, maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure timely payments. You will also handle multi-site payroll, including timekeeping review, deductions, and payroll reports, while maintaining compliance with wage and hour laws. Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices, match to purchase orders, and obtain approvals
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs while maintaining accurate AP records
• Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies
• Administer multi-location payroll, including timecard review and corrections
• Calculate and verify payroll deductions, benefits, and wage adjustments
• Maintain payroll records and prepare standard payroll and labor reports
• Support compliance with wage and hour laws, overtime rules, and company policies
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding payments and payroll
• Assist with month-end close tasks and audit support for AP and payroll
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and internal controls
