Community Planner

J-U-B Engineers, Inc. seeks a Community Planner to support civil infrastructure and community development projects across the Northwest and Intermountain West. In this role, you will assist with long-range and current planning, land use and zoning analysis, transportation and utility planning, and preparation of planning documents and reports. You will collaborate with engineers, planners, and municipalities; support public meetings and stakeholder engagement; and use GIS and related tools to analyze data. Responsibilities

• Support preparation of community and infrastructure plans, studies, and reports.
• Conduct land use, zoning, and transportation analyses for civil infrastructure projects.
• Use GIS and related tools to collect, analyze, and present spatial and planning data.
• Assist with public outreach, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, municipalities, and agencies to deliver projects.
• Contribute to grant applications, funding strategies, and project documentation.
• Ensure planning work aligns with applicable regulations, policies, and community goals.
