Driver

Via Transportation seeks safe, customer-focused drivers in Denver to operate on-demand public transit services. You'll safely transport riders in company vehicles, follow app-based routes, and provide friendly assistance to all passengers. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, report issues, and follow all traffic and safety regulations. Work closely with dispatch via mobile tools, adapt to changing demand, and represent Via's mission to improve public mobility with reliable, efficient shared rides across the Denver area.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in the Denver area following all traffic laws
• Use Via's app to follow dynamic routes and schedules
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all riders
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility devices as needed
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Communicate with dispatch/operations via mobile tools and follow directions
• Maintain accurate trip, mileage, and incident records
• Follow safety, ADA, and company policies at all times
• Adapt to changing rider demand and route updates during shifts
