Production Associate

Koozie Group is seeking a Production Associate 3 to support high-volume manufacturing of promotional products in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll operate production equipment, set up jobs, inspect materials, and ensure quality standards are met on every order. You will follow safety and 5S practices, complete basic machine adjustments, and maintain accurate production and inventory records. Working closely with your team, you'll help meet daily schedules, resolve minor production issues, and support continuous improvement to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and deliver on-time orders for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Set up jobs, load materials, and perform routine changeovers
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Follow safety procedures and 5
• S/lean manufacturing practices
• Record production counts, downtime, and material usage
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
• Report equipment or safety issues to supervisors
