Willamette Family, Inc. seeks Housekeeping Staff to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across behavioral health and residential treatment facilities. Duties include cleaning client rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas; disinfecting high touch surfaces; handling linens and laundry; safely using chemicals and equipment; and following infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines. This role supports trauma informed care by promoting dignity and respect in shared spaces while working collaboratively with clinical and support teams in a mission driven setting.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and disinfect client rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas on a scheduled basis
  • Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning carpets
  • Handle, sort, and transport linens and laundry according to infection control procedures
  • Safely use and store cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
  • Follow infection control, OSHA, and agency safety policies, including biohazard handling
  • Restock restrooms and supply areas with paper goods, soap, and other materials
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors
  • Support a trauma informed, respectful environment for clients, staff, and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and support teams to meet facility needs
  • Complete basic documentation or checklists for assigned areas and tasks
