Local CDL Delivery Driver

TransForce Inc. seeks a Local CDL Delivery Driver to safely transport freight for clients in the Transportation & Logistics industry. In this home daily role, you will complete local deliveries, conduct pre and post trip inspections, and ensure on time, damage free service. Responsibilities include safely operating a commercial vehicle, following DOT and company safety policies, securing loads, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery paperwork. You will interact professionally with customers, dispatch, and warehouse teams while representing TransForce's safety focused, service oriented culture and supporting reliable local operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle for local pickup and delivery routes
• Perform thorough pre and post trip inspections and report defects
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Secure freight properly to prevent damage and ensure load safety
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and delivery status
• Provide professional, courteous service at customer locations
• Adhere to assigned schedules and ensure on time deliveries
• Keep vehicle clean, organized, and compliant with regulations
• Represent Trans
