Local CDL A Flatbed Driver

TransForce Inc. seeks a Local CDL A Flatbed Driver focused on safe, compliant operations and high service standards. In this role, you will haul flatbed loads on local routes, handling all strapping and securement while minimizing tarping. Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate use of ELDs, and strict DOT/FMCSA compliance. You'll ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, maintain clear documentation, and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers while supporting TransForce's safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A flatbed trucks on local routes
• Perform proper load securement and strapping per DOT and company standards
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document results
• Comply with all DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety policies
• Use ELDs and logs to accurately record hours of service
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight to customer locations
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and load documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and site personnel
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or delays promptly
• Support a safety-first, service-oriented culture representing Trans
• Force Inc.
