Electric Motor Coil Winder

Dreisilker Electric Motors Inc. seeks an Electric Motor Coil Winder to rewind and repair electric motors for industrial, commercial, and HVAC customers. You will disassemble motors, remove old windings, wind and install new coils, insulate, reassemble, and test for proper performance and reliability. Working in a hands-on, safety-focused shop, you'll read schematics, use test equipment, document work, and support field and sales teams. Responsibilities

• Disassemble electric motors and remove existing windings
• Wind, form, and install new coils according to specifications and schematics
• Apply insulation, varnish, and other protective materials to windings
• Reassemble motors and perform electrical and functional testing
• Use hand and power tools, winding equipment, and test instruments safely
• Document repair steps, materials used, and test results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with technicians, service, and sales teams to meet customer requirements
