Benefits Specialist

Mission Yogurt Inc., a Denver-based airport hospitality leader, is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage and enhance our employee benefits programs. In this fast-paced, people-first environment, you'll administer medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and leave programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service to team members across multiple restaurant concepts. You'll handle enrollments, changes, billing reconciliation, and vendor coordination while educating employees on benefits options. This role supports a diverse workforce and offers growth potential within a collaborative HR and operations team.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) plans for hourly and salaried employees.
• Process benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, and life events accurately and on time.
• Maintain HRIS and benefits data, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with benefits brokers and carriers on eligibility, billing, and issue resolution.
• Support open enrollment planning, communications, and education sessions.
• Respond to employee benefits questions, providing clear, customer-focused guidance.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and company policies.
• Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and assist with audits and reporting.
• Support leave of absence administration and related documentation.
• Partner with HR and operations leadership to improve benefits processes and employee experience.
