CDL A Route Driver

TransForce Inc. is hiring a CDL A Route Driver at $29/hr to support safe, on-time transportation for our customers. In this role, you'll operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on dedicated local or regional routes, completing pre- and post-trip inspections, securing freight, and following all FMCSA/DOT and company safety standards. You'll use ELDs to maintain accurate logs, coordinate closely with dispatch, and deliver exceptional customer service. As part of our safety-focused, professional culture, you'll help keep freight moving reliably while representing TransForce and our client carriers with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A tractor-trailer on assigned local and regional routes
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document findings
• Comply with all FMCSA/DOT regulations, company safety policies, and ELD requirements
• Load, unload, and secure freight to prevent damage and ensure safe transport
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and required paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and Trans
• Force operations team
• Follow route schedules to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Report maintenance issues, incidents, and delays promptly
• Represent Trans
• Force and client carriers with professional customer service
• Support a safety-focused, compliant, and courteous driving culture
