Seasonal Truck Unloader

Kohl's Department Stores is hiring Seasonal Truck Unloaders to support our busy retail season. In this role, you'll safely unload incoming trucks, break down pallets, and sort cartons for efficient processing. You will move freight to designated areas, stock merchandise to the sales floor and backroom, and follow safety and loss prevention guidelines. Working closely with store and stockroom teams, you'll help ensure merchandise is available, organized, and ready for customers. Responsibilities

• Safely unload incoming trucks and move freight to staging areas
• Break down pallets and sort cartons by department or processing area
• Stock merchandise to sales floor and backroom according to store standards
• Operate pallet jacks and basic stockroom equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized backroom and unloading area
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and inventory handling procedures
• Collaborate with store and stockroom teams to meet unloading timelines
• Assist with ticketing, labeling, and preparing product for the floor
• Support peak retail hours and flexible schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Uphold Kohl's customer-first and team-focused culture in daily work
