Retail Associate

Converse is seeking a Retail Associate to bring our iconic Chuck Taylor spirit to life in-store. You'll deliver energetic, personalized service, translating our culture of creativity and self-expression into every customer interaction. Responsibilities include greeting and styling customers, sharing product and brand stories, maintaining visual standards, and operating POS systems. You'll support stock, merchandising, and store upkeep while collaborating with a diverse team. This role offers exposure to a global brand at the intersection of sport, street, and creative culture, with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding in-store service that reflects Converse's brand and culture
• Engage customers, understand needs, and recommend footwear, apparel, and accessories
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems
• Support inventory tasks, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing stock
• Share brand stories and product knowledge to drive sales and customer loyalty
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales and service goals
