SHUTTLE DRIVER

TransForce Inc. seeks a Local CDL A Shuttle Driver to safely transport freight between local terminals and customer sites. This home daily role focuses on short haul shuttle routes, timely pickups and deliveries, and secure trailer moves within a defined radius. Drivers perform pre and post trip inspections, follow DOT and company safety standards, and maintain accurate logs and paperwork. You'll represent TransForce Inc. with professional, service oriented communication, coordinate with dispatch on schedules and route updates, and help ensure reliable, on time transportation for key transportation and logistics customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL A tractor to shuttle trailers and freight between local terminals and customer locations
• Perform thorough pre and post trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance
• Adhere to all FMCSA/DOT regulations and Trans
• Force Inc. safety policies at all times
• Maintain accurate electronic logs, trip reports, and required delivery documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding schedules and updates
• Ensure secure loading, unloading, and freight handling, assisting as needed with basic material handling equipment
• Follow assigned local routes while adapting safely to traffic, weather, and terminal conditions
• Represent Trans
• Force Inc. with professional, safety focused, and service oriented conduct on every shift
