CDL-B Route Driver

TransForce Inc. seeks a reliable CDL-B Route Driver to safely transport freight on local and regional routes. In this role, you'll conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, follow assigned delivery schedules, load and unload freight, and complete accurate logs and delivery documentation. You'll interact professionally with customers, follow all DOT and company safety standards, and report any incidents or vehicle issues promptly. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-B commercial vehicles on assigned local and regional routes
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Follow route plans and delivery schedules to ensure on-time service
• Load, secure, and unload freight while following safety procedures
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and required DOT documentation
• Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Provide professional, courteous service when interacting with customers
• Report incidents, delays, or route changes promptly to dispatch/operations
