Local CDL A Flatbed Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed truck and secure cargo to prevent damage during transportation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that the truck meets regulatory compliance standards.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules unless otherwise directed by fleet manager.
• Maintain accurate logs of hours of service and vehicle reports utilizing electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Coordinate with dispatch and other team members to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal rules regarding driving and cargo transportation.
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
