Ready Mix Operations Manager

CalPortland seeks a Ready Mix Operations Manager to lead daily concrete production and delivery across regional plants. In this role, you will oversee plant performance, scheduling, quality, safety, and fleet coordination while optimizing costs and customer service. You will manage and develop plant and dispatch teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ready-mix concrete plant operations and production performance
• Manage scheduling, dispatch, and fleet coordination to meet customer demand
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Monitor product quality and implement process improvements
• Develop, train, and supervise plant and dispatch staff
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and control operating costs
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and reliability planning
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to support service levels
