Plant Manager

CalPortland, a leader in sustainable construction solutions since 1891, is seeking a dedicated Aggregate Plant Manager to oversee all operations of our aggregate production facility. This position is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability in producing top-tier aggregate materials. The Plant Manager will ensure operational efficiencies, safety standards, and environmental compliance at our state-of-the-art plant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the aggregate plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and shipping.
• Manage and develop a team of subordinates, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
• Implement and monitor processes that improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports on plant performance.
• Work collaboratively with other departments within Cal
• Portland to align goals and enhance overall production capacity.
• Leverage technology to optimize production processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
