Retail Associate

NIKE is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver a premium in-store experience for every athlete who walks through our doors. You'll greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right footwear, apparel, and accessories to power their sport and lifestyle. Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, providing product recommendations and fit guidance
• Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenishing sales floor inventory
• Support stockroom organization, inventory counts, and product flow
• Promote Nike products, campaigns, and membership programs to drive sales
• Assist with omnichannel services such as pickups and digital orders
• Follow loss prevention, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and service standards
