CDL A Delivery Driver

TransForce Inc. seeks a CDL A Delivery Driver to safely transport freight for local and regional customers. In this role, you will operate late-model tractors and dry van or reefer trailers, perform pre and post trip inspections, and follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations. Drivers will load/unload or assist at delivery sites, verify counts and paperwork, and maintain accurate logs using ELDs. You'll interact professionally with dispatch, customers, and yard staff, follow assigned routes and schedules, and report equipment or delivery issues promptly to support safe, on time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor trailer for local and regional deliveries
• Perform accurate pre trip and post trip inspections and document findings
• Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety and hours of service regulations
• Load, unload, or assist with freight handling as required
• Verify shipment counts, condition of freight, and delivery paperwork
• Maintain accurate driver logs and records using ELD and company systems
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and yard personnel
• Report equipment defects, delays, and incidents promptly
• Represent Trans
• Force and clients with professional customer service
