CDL A Company Driver

O'Reilly Automotive is hiring a CDL A Company Driver for local routes. In this role, you'll safely transport automotive parts and supplies between our distribution centers and retail stores, supporting our customer-focused retail operations. Responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, following DOT regulations, loading/unloading freight, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. You'll work closely with dispatch and store teams, uphold strict safety and service standards, and represent O'Reilly's values of integrity, teamwork, and respect on every route.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A commercial vehicle on local routes
• Perform required DOT-compliant pre- and post-trip inspections
• Transport automotive parts and supplies between distribution centers and stores
• Load and unload freight using appropriate material-handling equipment
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and required DOT documentation
• Communicate with dispatch and store personnel regarding routes and deliveries
• Follow all DOT, company safety, and operational policies
• Report vehicle issues, delays, and incidents promptly to supervision
• Provide courteous, professional service while representing O'Reilly Automotive
• Support a team-oriented, performance-driven culture focused on safety and integrity
