LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse patients in both in-office and telehealth settings. In this role, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver psychotherapy to support patients' emotional and behavioral wellness. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other clinicians, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold the highest ethical and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Provide individual and, when appropriate, group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver care via both in-person sessions and secure telehealth platforms.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation (notes, treatment plans, assessments).
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions, and provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Uphold ethical, legal, and organizational standards for confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
