Occupational Therapist

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a travel contract role within the Healthcare & Social Assistance industry. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, safety, and independence
• Document all care accurately and timely in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members on patient goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, adaptive techniques, and equipment use
• Adapt quickly to new facilities, workflows, and clinical populations as a traveler
• Maintain active state licensure, certifications, and compliance requirements
• Communicate regularly with recruiters regarding assignments, schedules, and goals
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture in each placement setting
