Concrete Finisher Foreman

Messer Construction is seeking a Concrete Finisher Foreman to lead field crews on commercial construction projects. This role oversees all aspects of concrete placement, finishing, curing and quality control, ensuring work meets Messer's strict safety and performance standards. The Foreman coordinates manpower, materials and equipment, reads and interprets plans, and communicates daily with project leaders. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete finishing crews on construction projects
• Plan daily work, allocate labor and coordinate with project managers
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure proper layout and elevations
• Oversee placement, finishing, curing and sealing of concrete slabs and structures
• Inspect work for quality, safety compliance and adherence to Messer standards
• Train and mentor crew members on tools, techniques and safety practices
• Coordinate equipment, materials and subcontractors to meet schedule
• Complete daily reports and communicate progress and issues to leadership
