Regional Chief Development Officer

The American National Red Cross seeks a Regional Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising strategy across a multi-state territory. Reporting to national leadership, this role drives major gifts, corporate and foundation giving, and regional campaigns to advance lifesaving humanitarian programs. The RCDO manages a high-performing development team, builds strong donor and volunteer partnerships, and collaborates with regional executives and program leaders. Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to drive pipeline growth and revenue forecasting

• Ensure compliance with fundraising policies, ethics, and reporting standards
• Represent the Red Cross at key community, donor, and industry events
