Field Installer

DUNCAN PARNELL INC seeks a Field Installer to support our Manufacturing and Skilled Labor team. You'll install, configure, and service equipment for construction, surveying, and related industries, ensuring reliable performance on customer sites. Responsibilities include reading plans, using hand and power tools, performing basic electrical/low-voltage connections, testing systems, and documenting work. You'll collaborate closely with project teams and customers, reflecting our culture of integrity, service excellence, and continuous development in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and configure field equipment for manufacturing and construction customers
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and job specifications to ensure accurate installation
• Perform testing, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of installed systems and components
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area on customer job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams, providing status updates and basic user guidance
• Document work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered for accurate project records
• Collaborate with team members to solve installation challenges and improve processes over time
