New Store Opening

Nordstrom is hiring for our new store opening in the Retail Trade industry. As a Sales & Service Associate, you'll welcome customers, provide personalized styling assistance, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You'll process transactions, restock and merchandise sales floors, maintain fitting rooms, and uphold Nordstrom's high service standards. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service on the sales floor and in fitting rooms
• Assist customers with product selection, styling suggestions, and sizing
• Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using POS systems
• Merchandise and restock sales floors to reflect current fashion trends and standards
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and appealing displays
• Support omnichannel services such as online order pickup and returns
• Follow loss prevention and cash handling procedures to protect company assets
