CDL Roll-Off Driver
Capital Waste Services LLC is seeking a dependable CDL Roll-Off Driver to safely collect and transport waste and recyclables for residential, commercial, and industrial customers across the Southeast. In this field-based role, you will operate modern roll-off trucks, complete assigned routes, and ensure containers are safely loaded, secured, and delivered to designated facilities. Daily responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, accurate completion of tickets and logs, and clear communication with dispatch and customers. Responsibilities
- Operate CDL roll-off trucks to safely transport waste and recyclables between customer sites and disposal facilities
- Inspect vehicles and equipment daily, reporting and addressing maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Secure, load, and unload roll-off containers following company, DOT, and OSHA safety standards
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining timely, reliable service to residential, commercial, and industrial customers
- Complete required logs, tickets, and electronic documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members to resolve service issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and environmental regulations
- Participate in safety meetings, training, and ongoing certification requirements
