Aquatics Manager
Team Sheeper Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Manager On Duty to lead daily pool operations in a community-focused environment. In this role, you will supervise lifeguards and instructional staff, oversee safe and efficient aquatics programming, and ensure excellent member service. Responsibilities include monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety and emergency protocols, coordinating opening and closing procedures, and resolving participant concerns. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily aquatics operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment
- Supervise and support lifeguards, instructors, and front-line aquatics staff during assigned shifts
- Monitor pool usage, programs, and schedules to maintain smooth flow of classes, lane swimming, and events
- Enforce safety, risk management, and emergency response protocols in alignment with organizational standards
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to member questions, feedback, and incident reports
- Coordinate opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and facility checklists as Manager on Duty
- Support training, coaching, and performance feedback for aquatics staff
- Collaborate with leadership to implement programming, promotions, and special aquatics events
- Maintain accurate shift, incident, and maintenance documentation
- Assist with onboarding of new team members and help foster an inclusive, community-focused culture
