Responsibilities

• Operate cranes to lift, move and place materials safely on construction sites
• Interpret load charts and follow lift plans in coordination with site supervision
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance of crane
• Coordinate with riggers and signal persons using radio and hand signals
• Strictly follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures
• Document inspections, incidents, and maintenance per company standards
