Regional Philanthropy Officer

The American National Red Cross seeks a Regional Philanthropy Officer to drive fundraising that powers lifesaving humanitarian work. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of donors, cultivate and solicit individual, corporate, and foundation gifts, and lead regional fundraising campaigns that support disaster relief, blood services, and community programs. Collaborating closely with volunteers and internal teams, you will align donor interests with mission priorities, use CRM tools to track results, and represent the Red Cross at community events in a mission-driven, compassionate, and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of regional donors to support Red Cross humanitarian programs
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual, corporate, and foundation gifts
• Collaborate with volunteers, program teams, and leadership to align donor interests with mission needs
• Plan and execute regional fundraising campaigns and special initiatives
• Analyze fundraising metrics, forecast revenue, and prepare donor reports
• Ensure accurate documentation and use of CRM/fundraising databases
• Represent the Red Cross at community events to expand philanthropic partnerships
• Support disaster response and mission priorities through targeted fundraising
