HOME OF HOPE seeks a Job Coach to empower homeless children's young mothers and youth in our faith-based residential program. The Job Coach will provide one-on-one coaching, develop individualized action plans, and lead life skills and employment-readiness workshops. Key duties include tracking progress, collaborating with case managers and therapists, and connecting families to education, training, and job opportunities. This on-site role thrives in a compassionate, mission-driven culture focused on stability, independence, and long-term success for families in crisis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to young mothers and youth to set and achieve personal, educational, and career goals
  • Develop individualized action plans focused on life skills, employment readiness, and long-term stability
  • Facilitate workshops on goal setting, budgeting, communication, and job search skills
  • Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and program staff to coordinate holistic support services
  • Track participant progress, maintain accurate documentation, and report outcomes
  • Connect clients with community resources, training programs, and employment opportunities
  • Model and reinforce positive, faith-centered values and behaviors in all interactions
  • Support intake and orientation for new residents, explaining program expectations and resources
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and staff trainings to continuously improve services
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment aligned with organizational policies
