Market Leader

Lodge Cast Iron is seeking a Market Leader to oversee manufacturing operations at our historic South Pittsburg, TN facility. In this leadership role, you will guide production teams to safely deliver high-quality cast iron cookware that upholds our heritage of American craftsmanship. You will manage supervisors and frontline staff, drive performance through KPIs and continuous improvement, and partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to optimize throughput and reduce downtime. This hands-on position is ideal for a manufacturing leader who values safety, teamwork, and building long-term success for both people and community.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations for cast iron cookware lines to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets
• Manage and develop frontline supervisors and production teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to resolve bottlenecks and reduce downtime
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Drive standard work, Lean/5
• S practices, and process discipline across assigned area
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and training to meet demand
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship
• Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning, capital projects, and operational strategy
• Communicate performance, goals, and expectations clearly across shifts and departments
